Where are you located? 
Our warehouse and central operation is located in Claremore, OK. 

What are your hours? 
You can reach us Monday through Friday 8-5. 

When will I get my order? 
Most orders ship same day, if by 2pm CST. The length of transit time will depend on your proximity to Claremore, and the ability of the carrier. Most of our customers get their packages in 1-3 days. There's a shipping calculator in the cart that gives and estimated delivery date.

Can I order online and Pick up in Store? 
Yes. Our warehouse operation now offers pick-up from 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday. Find more info HERE. 

Do you ship Internationally? 
Yes. There's also a shipping calculator in your cart. It's based on weight and proximity. Customer is responsible for taxes and customs fees.
